Isn’t it interesting how you can have some of your best ideas at the most random times and places?
Honestly, that is pretty much always the case with me. I never have them when I would need them or when I spend hours upon hours thinking about a solution for my problem. Nope, my brain always goes blank in those moments.
And then, days, weeks or months later when I’m not even thinking about it and haven’t for a while I just randomly end up with the perfect idea.
It’s the same way with my writing sometimes. I write something, I get stuck I reread what I’ve written dozens of times hoping to figure out how to proceed and I’m just stuck and then some days, weeks or months later, suddenly out of nowhere it just flows, and everything makes sense and it’s just perfect.
I guess what I’m trying to say is, don’t rush things. Trust in yourself and that at the right moment, everything will just fit and come together.
This doesn’t mean that you can just sit around and not do anything hoping it will just come to you, but it is alright when it doesn’t go the way you want it to right away.
There is truth to the saying: good things come to those who wait.
I heard this great thing a couple of days ago, and it just stuck with me because it is so true:
Luck is when preparation meets opportunity.
