We don’t serve the government; the government is supposed to serve us. We vote for them to represent us, which very few governments are currently doing. And the moment we let them know how we feel, they call us extreme, deniers, lunatics, sometimes even terrorists and Nazis…
No, we are none of those things. We are simply trying to let you know and remind you that we are still a democracy and not a dictatorship. The people have rights and they are simply demanding them back.
Freedom is a right every person has. The government should not have the power to take it away from us and yet, that is what they’ve been doing for the past two years… and some idiots that don’t understand the deeper purpose, the underlying threat that comes with giving the government too much power have been cheering them on, begging them to take even more of our freedoms away… all in the name of “for the good of the people”.
How was any of the measures and consequences because of those “for the good of the people”?
What good has come out of it?
And now that we’ve kindly been given some of our rights back, everyone is thanking them, for what? Allowing us to take control of our own life again? Why would I thank someone for giving me back something they should’ve never ever had the right to take from me to begin with?
Honestly, I don’t understand people.
